Currently recruiting for a Divisional Finance Manager on a 12 month FTC basis for a leading software and service provider in Leeds, West Yorkshire. This position may well turn into a permanent role as the business is going from strength to strength on the back of numerous contract wins and potential M&A activity on the horizon.

The role will directly report into the FC and will require the day to day management of a team of three individuals, all of which are part-qualified accountants. Although this position will include a number of BAU month-end tasks it will also be heavily involved in business partnering, projects and system development as the business is going through a significant transformation programme.

I have included an overview of the role below, you must be able to start within two weeks' time.

• Previous line management experience
• Monthly/quarterly budgeting and 12 month rolling forecasts
• Ability to work closely with the support and central services teams including HR, IT, Marketing and Sales
• Operations accounting experience ideally with Stock, BOM's and warehouse/procurement
• Finance business partnering - providing business case plans and models for the current and future contracts

The successful candidate will have a proven track record of working in a large group environment and/or a fast paced business with constant change. Ideally you will have advanced excel and modelling skills including scenario and 'what if' planning.
