The regional Finance Director is looking to bring in an ambitious individual to lead and oversee their EMEA entities and partner on various country projects, participating in transformation projects, including system implementations, M&A activities, and process improvements.

The role provides huge remit for growth, learning from a high-performing leader in a driven team.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the preparation and ensure the financials statement are prepared timely and in compliance with local GAAP
  • Oversee the preparation of timely and accurate financial reports for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Lead entity audits, serving as primary point of contact for auditors and delivering from planning through to signing
  • Monitor and analyze financial performance, providing insights and recommendations to the management team.
  • Continuously review and enhance financial reporting processes, seeking opportunities to streamline operations and improve efficiency.
  • Implement best practices and automation tools to optimize financial data analysis and reporting.

Requirements:

  • Accounting qualification (ACA/ACCA) gained in an accountancy practice
  • IFRS/GAAP knowledge
  • Financial Services background
  • US GAAP would be preferrable, but not mandatory
  • Candidates with a shorter notice period or immediately available are preferred
