Our client, a growing SME in the healthcare field, are currently searching for an ambitious and committed Finance Manager to work within a wider team of 9.

This is a newly created role following the restructure of the finance team and follows recent PE investment which will take the business into to the next phase of growth.

You will typically be responsible for the full month end cycle of management accounts, business partnering with operational managers/healthcare professionals and playing an active part in year end and statutory accounts production, as well as being a key point of contact for external organisations, including auditors.

They are ideally seeking an qualified individual (or close to) with experience from either practice (audit or accounts prep) or industry who has a thorough and technical understanding of management accounts, balance sheet recs and comfortable overseeing transactional finance functions as this is soon to be brought back in house. Sector experience isn't important, however previous experience of an SME and/or PE exposure will be helpful. An enthusiastic and investigative nature is essential however as the team works to contribute to the overall success of the business.
