Finance Manager (Part-Time, Hybrid)

Moreton-in-Marsh, 30 hours per week

£50,000-£56,000 full-time equivalent

Hands-on Finance Manager role in an exciting, fast-growing international business. You will be joining the company as it embarks on a period of significant expansion and will take ownership of the finance function. We are ideally looking for someone either from a practice background or someone already working in industry, most likely a smaller company where you will have a good breadth of experience. The company is very flexible and offers hybrid working. There may well be an opportunity too to increase to full-time as the business grows and if that suits your own circumstances.

Key Responsibilities

• Month-end processes, reconciliations, purchase ledger and payment runs
• Management accounts, cash flow forecasting and treasury management
• VAT returns, statutory filings and Companies House submissions
• Payroll and annual financial statements
• Project accounting for international developments and joint ventures
• Liaising with accountants, advisers and banking partners

About You

• ACA, ACCA or CIMA qualified preferred. Qualified by experience considered
• Strong financial operations and management reporting experience
• Advanced Excel skills
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Proactive, organised and comfortable working in a small team environment
