Start your job searchWe are currently partnering with an exciting and fun business that is experiencing substantial growth, despite the recent challenges of the pandemic. Due to the growth, there now exists an opportunity for a qualified accountant to join as Finance Manager to manage a small team and oversee daily and monthly finance requirements.
Reporting directly to the CFO, you will be responsible for managing financial operations and compliance, as well as the bulk of the financial planning, reporting and analysis for the business. You will also work closely with the CFO and help develop the business strategy from an accounting perspective. Key to the role will also be managing and developing a small team, including transactional accounting.
You will be a qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, ACMA) and your background will demonstrate strong operational accounting and technical exposure, ideally with experience of working in a growing business. Like the role, your experience will be broad and will include financial accounting and management accounting skills - previously as a Management Accountant or Finance Manager / Accountant. You will have excellent interpersonal skills and a flexible approach to work with the wider company.
