Finance Manager - Wokingham (on-site with flex) - Salary £55,000 to £60,000+ 10% Bonus

We are pleased to be partnering with a growing SME that has seen double digit growth for the past 4 years on the bounce, you will have responsibility for the companies' finance function as the companies Finance Manager.

This role will lead and oversee all financial aspects of the business, ensuring robust financial management while driving strategic planning alongside the senior management team with the support of one direct report. The successful candidate will be a hands-on finance leader, responsible for maintaining internal controls, ensuring compliance, and supporting the company's expansion plans.

• Managing a couple of direct reports
• Preparation of monthly management accounts
• Ensuring all financial transactions are accurately recorded and reconciled
• Maintaining robust internal financial controls and processes
• Weekly cashflow management, ensuring liquidity and financial stability
• Key contact for quarterly audits
• Gathering information for auditors and ensuring quarterly audit meets deadline for group statutory accounts production
