- A well established, local Yorkshire business with a strong corporate social responsibility
- The role of Finance Manager, reporting into a Head of Finance
- Harrogate based, full time 37 hours per week
- £40,000 base salary plus company benefits
The role will be responsible for the development and provision of analysis and reporting to Senior Management and Business Partners.
The role will oversee the monthly management accounting process and timeline. It will also be responsible for the development of standardised reporting packs and innovative reporting to provide meaningful, relevant and value adding management information.
The role will provide all teams with high quality business partnering service, by supporting decision makers in developing and presenting financial plans, monitoring performance and reporting outcomes.
Main responsibilities
- Financial performance reporting including preparing month end management accounts
- Preparation of year-end financial statements
- Preparing ad-hoc reports for projects or meetings as and when required
- Business support - business partnering, dealing with queries, training
- Financial planning - managing annual planning cycle, support the budget production etc
Requirements
- At least 3 years experience in a similar role
- Previous experience working in a small-ish finance function
- Accountancy qualification (ACCA OR CIMA)
