Main duties would include:

• Processing purchase invoices (some automated some manual)
• Running reports
• Chasing outstanding advice notes and purchase orders
• Allocating payments on customer accounts (& cash account)
• Calling customers to chase in payments
• Answering main phone line and re-directing calls/taking messages
• Supporting Finance team and Credit control team where required.
