A listed Energy group is looking for a Financial Accountant to join for initially a 12 month contract.

What will you do?

• Lead the statutory reporting cycle, to ensure the timely delivery of audited financial statements.
• Responsible for Group consolidation and preparing published financial statements
• Leading external audit process for the group.
• Communicating with budget holders across the central finance function.
• involvement in ad hoc project work, controls, Tax & Treasury

Requirements

• ACA/ACCA or equivalent qualified accountant.
• Audit background preferred
• Experience using accounting system SAP is beneficial
