Interim Financial Accountant - 12-Month FTC (Potential to Extend)

£65,000-£70,000 + Bonus

Hybrid Working (2 Days in London Office)

A well-established logistics group is undergoing an exciting period of change is seeking a Financial Accountant to support its finance team on a 12-month fixed-term contract, with strong potential for extension.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review and approve period-end journals and balance sheet reconciliations
• Support reconciliation review processes and controls testing frameworks
• Assist with accounting queries and provide technical guidance
• Contribute to the preparation of consolidated and subsidiary financial statements
• Support year-end audit processes and monthly IFRS 16 activities
• Perform ad hoc tasks to assist the wider finance team

Ideal Candidate:

• Immediately available or 1 Months Notice
• Fully qualified (ACA, ACCA, CIMA)
• Newly qual or 1-3 years PQE
• Strong understanding of IFRS and financial control processes
• Excellent Excel skills; SAP experience is a plus
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset
