We're looking for a dynamic Financial Controller to lead small finance team and own the full financial control agenda in a fast‑growing, technology environment. This is a senior, high‑visibility role working closely with the CEO and key business leaders.

What You'll Lead

• Group & Statutory Reporting: End‑to‑end ownership of Group accounts, subsidiary reporting and all external reporting requirements.
• Treasury: Cash management, liquidity oversight, forecasting and optimisation of funding and repatriation.
• Operational Finance: Delivery of a high‑performing transactional finance function with strong controls and efficient processes.
• FP&A: Month‑end close, Board reporting, performance insight and commercial challenge.
• Planning: Ownership of budgeting and forecasting below margin, ensuring robust, business‑owned plans.
• Financial Control: Balance sheet integrity, control frameworks and risk management.
• Systems: Building out PowerBI capabilities and data cleanse for commercial insight

What You Bring

• Qualified Chartered accountant
• Background in technology, fast‑paced, or Private Equity environment
• Exceptional communication skills and the confidence to influence senior stakeholders.
• Strong interest in system and technology
