Given planned future growth and to further invest in the business, they are now seeking an accomplished Financial Controller to work closely with the CFO and senior management and be responsible for all aspects of operational finance, whilst at the same time providing meaningful reports and insightful board packs to help guide on company strategy. The role will involve motivating a small team and developing and improving controls and processes, whilst establishing finance as a partnering function to the wider business.
