Rapidly expanding software company are looking for an exceptional Financial Controller to help play a pivotal role in developing their ambitious growth plans. The business is PE backed and this new role will be responsible for managing the finance function while working closely with the CFO. The ideal candidate will have prior experience of working in a private equity environment and managing a small team.

The role:

  • Managing a team of 3
  • Monthly management reporting.
  • Developing business growth plans.
  • Preparation of statutory accounts.

The Candidate:

  • Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA and ACMA).
  • Private equity experience is advantageous
  • Able to influence at all levels, both internally and externally.
  • Full eligibility to work in the UK
  • Interviews will be happening week commencing 6th January 2020
