Start your job searchA high-growth, PE backed hospitality group based in Central London is currently seeking a new FP&A Manager to join the team.
Responsibilities include:
- Partnering with various stakeholders and the senior leadership team, including the CFO and CEO's across the different brands
- Ownership of the group budgeting process, including both P&L and cash flow.
- Preparation and analysis of commercial reporting, utilising BI tools and presenting data to relevant stakeholders.
- Preparation of the month end reporting packs including analysis for the Board.
- Providing commercial insights and analysis to the wider business to contribute to decision making and forward planning.
- Involvement and support on strategic projects and contribute towards forward planning and decision making.
- Additional ad-hoc project work and analysis.
This role is best suited to a Qualified Accountant (CIMA/ ACCA/ACA) who has relevant experience working in FP&A. Ideally you will have prior experience working in hospitality/ retail/ a multi-site environment, with proven track record in analysis and strong Excel skills. Candidates must have strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicated well with stakeholders at all levels.
