Permanent £50,000 to £55,000 per annum base salary plus excellent benefits package including discretionary bonus.

A growth capital investor are looking for a fund accountant to join their high performing fund finance team.

A fantastic opportunity, the business is leading the market in terms of its investment strategy and has a proven track record of success. This is reflected in their culture and long tenure of employees. The role sits in their Real Estate strategy where you will pivotal in producing financial information for intuitional funds.

Specifically, you will be:

  • Maintaining all the fund entities and gaining a working knowledge of current issues impacting them
  • Managing the quarterly financial reporting process and accurate fund accounts reported to external investors.
  • Producing statutory and management financial information to a consistently high standard and on a timely basis
  • Liaising with the funds' auditors to ensure audits are accurately and effectively delivered in line with fund documentation.
  • Applying processes and controls relevant to the funds, in line with the wider financial control environment
  • Take responsibility for the presentation of financial information to institutional Investors, and to keep Fund Managers abreast of information as it falls due.

Remuneration will in the region of £50,000 - £55,000 plus discretionary bonus and other excellent benefits

This is an excellent role for any ambitious ACA outside the Big 4 who is looking to make their first move into industry and developing a lucrative career in fund finance.
