Start your job searchA global leader in delivering fund and corporate services, are looking for a fund administrator to join their London office.
They work with global law firms and accountancy firms, multinational corporations, financial institutions, fund managers, high net worth individuals and family offices.
The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting the team Manager and Director with administering a portfolio of clients who are primarily private equity, real estate, infrastructure and debt funds.
- Learn about cash monitoring duties of Depositary Administrator for a varied portfolio of depositary clients in accordance with the firm's Policies, Procedures and Controls Manual, in order to provide coverage during times of holidays and absence
- Compliance - ensure World Check reviews are actioned when prompted by Compliance department in order to satisfy that there is no business risk
- Compliance - Processing of new client On Boarding documentation is completed in line with Compliance requirements (obtaining full KYC evidence from clients)
- Compliance - ensure client file reviews are completed in line with stated group deadlines and where necessary take ownership and use initiative to liaise with Compliance Department
- Gain an awareness of those clients where UK Funds provide Operator Services and ensure these are documented and kept up to date in line with regulatory requirements.
- Assist the team Manager and Director with the administration of the team's portfolio of clients
- Assist with cash flow monitoring for Depositary Services
- Consider at all times the 'Money Laundering' and 'Know Your Clients' issues and report any concerns to the Assistant Manager
Requirement:
- At least 1 years' experience working in an administrative role. Experience within a corporate services or fund administration environment would be beneficial, but not essential
- Educated to degree level
