They have an established presence in London and Europe and well known on the international stage.
The business has grown from strength to strength and is looking to hire a bright and ambitious accountant that is eager to move away fro a core reporting into a role that is heavily real estate deal focussed. The finance team plays is imbedded with the deal team and play a significant role in supporting the acquisition and disposal process.
Responsibilities include:
- Corporate and fund forecasts
- Structuring and transaction-related due-diligence
- Fee calculations including waterfall calculations
- Tax compliance across various jurisdictions
- Continual monitoring of compliance with tax structuring and transfer pricing arrangements
- Debt financing
Fund Oversight Responsibilities:
- Monthly NAV statements
- Quarterly Reports
- Annual Reports
- Currency Exposure Reports
- Capital call and distribution calculations
- All finance related investor correspondence
- Other financial deliverables and calculations as required under fund documentation and investor agreements
- Programme performance calculations
Co-ordination of investor reporting ensuring deliverables are met by various internal and external parties.
We are looking for a qualified accountant (2-4 years PQE) who is excited to work in a fast-paced environment in a broad role where they will need to think on their feet. The firm will consider candidates either from:
- You will be working for a real estate fund in a fund accounting/fund finance role where you have gained the fundamentals of a finance role
- Big 4 (Audit Manager / Manager level) where you've audited real estate funds, any TS experience gained would be an added bonus.
Excellent communication skills, an outgoing personality and the ability to develop and manage relationships with people at all levels. The ability to hit the ground running in this role is crucial.
