My client is a well-respected Alternatives Investment Manger based near Green Park/St James' Park.

They are looking for some assistance in their Fund Operations department for an initial 6-month contract.

This will be an ad-hoc role that has a broad scope across Co-Sec Analysis, Risk/Governance and Fund Governance (UK and/or European).

Duties would include:

  • Monitor the governance checkers
  • Understanding of fund structures - UK predominantly but Europe beneficial
  • Quarterly risk reporting; look at the risk reports & flag any risks outlined in the risk documents
  • Review terms of reference documents
  • Review co-sec dep analysis
  • Understand how a committee is formed

The ideal candidate will be available on less than 4 weeks' notice and have had a broad role in either Fund Governance, Fund Admin, Co-Sec or Risk as long as they have the requisite knowledge of Fund Structures.

This role will be on a hybrid basis of 3 days per week in the office.
