GBS Customer Business Analyst

To assist the GBS global portfolio owner for a period of 6 months due to workload and getting services set up and running efficiently.

Key Criteria * Similar skills to traditional 'IT&S Manager' or 'BIM'
* Project initiation and planning - obtaining resources as needed
* Working with Finance and new service owners to create a valid process for budgeting and forecasting for the team
* Manage PCI compliance engagement for USA - based on work already done in ANZ (a mini project mostly engaging stakeholders and aligning on actions)
* Assist with planning for salesforce roll out - input into various streams of work discussing aspects such as portal strategy, omni channel etc working with various GBS experts
* Kick off an activity to form a 2 pager high level strategy on data lake for GBS Customer


Note most of these activities are coordination, orchestration and engagement - i.e. like an IT&S manager role, rather than needing deep knowledge themselves in these various areas, although of course domain knowledge is useful
Desirable Criteria - Self starter, engaging style, experience in BA&C and project activity / structure
