Global Process Owner - Source to Contract & Supplier Management

A leading Transport company are currently seeking a Global Process Owner to join their Procurement Processes and Systems team based in Central London on a permanent basis.

The main focus of the role is to manage the business requirements across Source to Contract and Supplier Management. Including ownership, implementation and strategy developments of these Procurement Business Processes across the relevant systems and processes on a global arena.

Key responsibilities

  • Develop the S2C and SM systems strategy for Procurement Processes and Systems
  • Drive process standardisation, implementation and adoption across S2C and SM
  • Be the source of best practice and drive improvements in process and solution design and quality
  • Collaborate with other Procurement GPOs and across Engineering and Finance GPOs to ensure end to end integration and consistency and process and systems quality improvements

Key skills & experience

  • Extensive technical and functional expertise in the S2C and SM area
  • Deep practical expertise with any of the major e-Procurement solutions (Ariba, Bravo, Coupa etc)
  • Business Process Management experience evidenced through a process ownership role
  • Project and Change Management experience evidenced through independent end to end delivery of at least one major project within Processes and Systems management
  • Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills and experience in managing conflicting priorities
  • Excellent written and spoken communication skills and evidence of concise, structured, thought-through communication
  • Cultural sensitivity and significant experience of working in an global environment
  • Understanding of the SAP Procurement data model, structure and content is desirable
