Recruitment is an industry that can cater for any type of academia and work experience. Training scheme:
Whilst later on down the line you will need to be an expert in your market, you will start out by learning the foundations of recruitment from our dedicated training and development team. Your first couple of weeks will cover all aspects of recruitment: Candidate Sourcing & Management, Recruitment Delivery, Client & Account Management and Business Development. Your career progression is dependent on your effort and performance; we have a meritocratic environment where hard work and hitting targets will be rewarded.
