Marks Sattin is a leading specialist financial recruitment consultancy with offices in London, Leeds, Manchester, Reading and Dublin. We are currently hiring graduates for our 2017 May-September intake.

Recruitment is an industry that can cater for any type of academia and work experience. For those who will be graduating and have student debts to pay, why not secure a career in an industry where with hard work, you will see quick financial results. Marks Sattin is the UK's largest dedicated finance and accountancy recruiter with over 25 years of proven experience serving businesses across commerce, banking and financial services. Many joined as graduates and have progressed rapidly through the business, supported by a great senior management team and outstanding learning and development. Training scheme:

Whilst later on down the line you will need to be an expert in your market, you will start out by learning the foundations of recruitment from our dedicated training and development team. Your first couple of weeks will cover all aspects of recruitment: Candidate Sourcing & Management, Recruitment Delivery, Client & Account Management and Business Development. Your career progression is dependent on your effort and performance; we have a meritocratic environment where hard work and hitting targets will be rewarded.
