Our Reading office covers the entire Berkshire, Buckinghamshire, Oxfordshire, Hampshire, Wiltshire and Surrey Region and is backed by an impressive Regional Director who has an unrivalled network of clients and candidates. The Reading office opened in 2009 and has recently moved offices to a fabulous co-shared office space called WorkLife. Our close knit team is seeking hungry and driven Recruiters and Graduates who would like to benefit and learn from our established relationships whilst actively winning new business and becoming a real asset to the team.

This is a full end to end recruitment role focusing on high end senior roles in a highly lucrative part of the market. You'll be given plenty of training and investment in your career with a clear induction plan in place from day one and the support needed to ensure you get up to speed quickly. You'll need to be driven, self motivated, money orientated and keen to pursue a career in a sales based and target driven role.
