Group Accountant | Lancashire | Up to £55,000 + benefits | 12 month FTC

A well-established group finance function is looking for a confident and detail-driven Group Accountant to support its internal reporting and consolidation processes. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to step into a group-level role with exposure across multiple entities and reporting lines.

Responsibilities

• Assist with monthly group consolidation and reporting
• Support intercompany reconciliations and eliminations
• Prepare financial data in line with accounting standards
• Work closely with country finance teams to ensure accuracy and consistency
• Contribute to the development of internal controls and process improvements
• Support external audit deliverables and queries

About You

• Qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA)
• Experience in a group finance or reporting role
• Strong Excel skills and attention to detail
• Comfortable working with finance systems and large data sets
• Able to build relationships across finance teams and stakeholders
