Group Accountant - Wokingham (on-site) - £60,000 to £70,000 + 10% Bonus

We are working in partnership with a thriving Manufacturing company, turnover is forecast to double in 2025 to close to £100million via organic growth.

Not only will you be joining a fast paced, growing organisation, the SLT are keen on ensuring an ongoing workplace with no "Egos", you'll sit within a Finance team of 10 working closely with the Financial Controller.

As the Group Accountant you will need to be fully ACA, ACCA or CIMA qualified and able to demonstrate an exceptional level of day-to-day Management Accounting experience inclusive of reconciliations and consolidations along with some statutory accounting experience, ho and you'll need to be hot on Excel!

Day to day, you will have oversight of....

• P&L reconciliations, including revenue and gross margin analysis for all Profit Centres
• The month end process, including preparation of consolidated management accounts pack, with distribution to various stakeholders across the group
• Ensuring that the financial performance is accurately recorded and reconciled
• Cash requirements of each Profit Centre and working with the Finance Manager, to produce an accurate Cash flow forecast
• Putting together and issuing the variance reports, reporting on variances to budget and targets
• Multiple balance sheets and their associated reconciliations
• Monthly stock take management including monthly reporting and reconciliation of stock movements
• Supporting the budget and forecast process
• Preparation of year end documents ready for Audit

About you....

• You are ACA, ACCA or CIMA fully qualified
• You are a great communicator, able to take "finance talk" and explain what this means to other operational teams
• Be comfortable in Excel to Pivot Table level
• Have experience managing people
