The Role: Group Accountant (Part Qualified)

The Client: Real Estate Investment firm

The location: London City Centre (4 days in office)

The Responsibilities:

• Assist with the corporate finance matter including entity-level reporting, treasury management
• Assist with annual budgeting & forecasting and further ahoc tasks requested from stakeholders
• Support on consolidated Group reports to Senior Management including Management accounts, regulatory reporting
• Prepare variance analysis and reporting to date vs forecasts
• Assist in the preparation of quarterly CFO papers for Global Executive Committee
• Co-ordinate with other stakeholders like Tax, Reg Reporting team etc
• Assist with projects & any system implementations

The Requirements :

• Part Qualified (ACCA / CIMA)
• Experience in a similar position, dealing with management accounts, FP&A and dealing with senior stakeholers
• Experience in Real Estate is preferred but not a necessity
• Strong Microsoft skills (Excel & Office)
• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics is advantageous
