Role - Group Financial Reporting Manager Location - Manchester Salary - Between £80,000 and £90,000 + benefits

Marks Sattin are currently recruiting for a rapidly growing professional services business in their search for a Group Financial Reporting Manager to work out of their offices based in Manchester city centre on a hybrid working model.
The successful candidate will need to be ACA/ACCA qualified and the role would suit an individual that comes from an accountancy practice background. A history of working with an acquisitive business would be preferable and any exposure to the consolidation of accounts would also be desirable? The ability to manage multiple stakeholders and work to tight deadlines is absolutely crucial. Key duties for the Group Financial Reporting Manager role will involve the following:

• Oversee the preparation and consolidation of group accounts
• Prepare management reports for senior stakeholders
• Management of the external audit process and production of statutory accounts
• Support budgeting and forecasting process
• Look to improve the internal controls and processes within the organisation
• Acquisition and disposal accounting
• Build strong relationships internally with the wider group
• Ad-hoc project work

Salary for the role is anywhere between £80,000 and £90,000 + benefits
