Marks Sattin are currently working with a growing Goole based FMCG company to assist in the recruitment of a FP&A Manager, this is a newly created role. The business are looking for somebody with the drive and aptitude to be an FD in the future as they look at succession planning. They have a history of developing people and pushing them through the team.

They are looking for somebody with Manufacturing experience who will be on site, in the factory building relationships and driving change. There is a lot of quick wins where you can make an immediate impact by making improvements, cutting costs and automating processes.

You will be managing a small team so experience of developing others is a must as they will want you to get the best out of them.

This role will suit somebody who wants to be an FD in the future and to learn from two strong leaders who will push you to get there.
