An exiting 'Head of' role with oversight over the complete Regulatory Reporting function for a world renowned diversified Financial Services group. Reporting into the CFO, you will manage a team of 10 covering the full scope of regulation from Capital & Liquidity reporting, cutting edge policy work and Recovery & Resolution planning. The focus of the role is oversight, review and co-ordination of the department in addition to significant change management and project work.

Core responsibilities will include some day to day management of the core reporting teams, capital and liquidity reporting, ICAAP / ILAA, regulatory policy and change and recovery and resolution planning. The role has arisen through an internal move and presents a rare opportunity to join a highly prestigious global firm in key senior leadership role that would report directly into the CFO.

We are seeking a strong and decisive manager with the ability to set the strategic vision for the function and lead a large team during an intense period of change. You must have extensive experience within Regulatory Reporting, likely CA or ACA qualified with a background in a large global Banking or Financial Services organisation.
