My client is looking for an experienced HRBP to join the HR team to provide HR operational and strategic support.

  • Provide a wide range of HR advice and guidance to staff and senior managers coverings operational and strategic areas
  • Support areas of HR activity developing the business strategy and approach and ensuring well developed and embedded policy and process is in place which meets any statutory requirements and best practice guidelines and enhances the overall employee offering.
  • Ensuring the delivery of the relevant Operational HR Standards of Service.
  • Support managers through HR policy changes, legislation changes and updated best practice
  • Overseeing and managing the quality of disciplinary, grievance and absence cases across relevant business areas
  • Support the development and performance of all level employees

Essential Requirements

  • Educated to degree level or equivalent
  • Associate Member of the CIPD (Assoc. CIPD) or eligible to achieve this status.
  • Experience of providing proactive and professional first line HR support and advice to a diverse workforce.
  • Experience of dealing with a wide variety of employee relations casework and other HR issues
  • Experience of HR policies and procedures
  • 2-3 years experience in a medium to large organisation
  • Matrixed environment
  • Proven track record and commitment to own CPD activities.
  • Strong IT skills including Microsoft office and HR information systems.
