We are extremely excited to be working with a pioneering Law firm within the Charity and Social Enterprise space, who are looking to hire an Impact Investment Solicitor to join their market leading impact investment team. The work is incredibly varied. However, the universal aim of the firm is to have a positive impact on society through their work and you must share this ethos. This is a hybrid role based in their London Office.

The type of clients you will be advising will generally be private equity clients and social impact funds in the small to mid-cap market.

As part of the role, you will be:

• Working on equity investment transactions, including private equity deals, M & A transactions, venture capital, and fund investments
• Advising clients on a day-to-day basis on the running of transactions
• Assisting and working with lawyers within the charity and social enterprise and corporate teams on different deals. This also includes supervising junior team members to ensure transactions are running smoothly
• Maintaining awareness of the market and identifying business development opportunities

The successful candidate is:

• A 2 + years PQE England and Wales Qualified Lawyer with Corporate Law experience
• Working within the charity and social impact space, advising private equity and social impact fund clients
• Passionate about providing an excellent service to clients and building long lasting client relationships
• Proactive in business development with a hunger to have an impact and succeed
