A hospitality group with an established reach across the UK and Europe is seeking a commercially astute Interim Finance Business Partner on an immediate basis. You will join the finance team to support a diverse portfolio of properties, turning financial data into actionable insights in order to influence decision-making and drive profitability. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys combining financial expertise with strategic thinking.
Responsibilities:
- Lead monthly reviews of property level P&Ls.
- Benchmark performance and identify opportunities to improve profitability.
- Build models that support better decision-making.
- Contribute to process improvements.
- Develop cost-saving strategies and investment plans.
Requirements:
- Experience in the hospitality and hotels industries.
- Group FP&A and commercial exposure.
- Skilled with systems and financial modelling.
- ACA, ACCA, or CIMA qualified.
- Understanding of operational finance and business partnering.
