We are delighted to partner exclusively with a growing and truly global Asset Manager to support their search for a Legal Counsel to be based in their London Office. This role offers an exceptional opportunity for a hardworking and ambitious 1-2 years PQE England and Wales Qualified Lawyer, looking to make the move in-house into a growing company, where career growth and breadth of work is offered from the get go!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing strategic legal advice across corporate, commercial, regulatory, and data protection matters
  • Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial contracts, ensuring alignment with legal and regulatory requirements
  • Liaising with other stakeholders of the business, advising them on any legal issue
  • Carrying out project work with other members of the legal team and other stakeholders

Qualifications:

  • England and Wales Qualified Lawyer with 1-2 years PQE
  • Private Practice trained Lawyer, currently working within a Private Practice firm in their corporate or commercial team
  • Experience working with Financial Services companies will be a plus
