Our client, a market leader in their field who are undergoing an exciting transformation due to acquisition and organic growth, are seeking a qualified Management Accountant/Finance Business Partner to join their team. This role is available due to an internal promotion.

Working with a relatively newly appointed (Commercial) Finance Director this role will be to support the Head of Finance in delivering management accounts for the division and introducing a culture of business partnering to the operational sites. This will involve working extensively with Site Managers and GM's to help them understand their site costs and performance, to enable better forecasting and truly add value in a meaningful way.

This is a great opportunity for an ambitious, ideally newly qualified (or equivalent) individual with strong management accounting experience but keen to develop in a more commercial sense and really develop stakeholder management and influencing skills. Furthermore, there is a clear progression path for this role, as you develop your experience and transactional finance becomes more centralised there will be the opportunity for this to develop towards ultimately, a Divisional Head of Finance role.

With occasional travel to sites (all within 90 minutes of Altrincham) this is a hybrid role where you would be office based just once a week. A £4000 car allowance is offered as well as a company bonus scheme, healthcare benefits and company pension scheme.
