Marks Sattin are delighted to be working with a dynamic and forward-thinking multinational company to recruit for an experienced Management Accountant on a 18 month fixed term contract
Responsibilities
- Preparation and analysis of monthly financial reports, including management accounts, budgets, and forecasts.
- Assist with the preparation of annual statutory accounts, ensuring compliance with relevant accounting standards and legislation.
- Ensure accurate and timely VAT submissions in line with HMRC regulations.
- Support both internal and external audits, providing necessary financial documentation and analysis.
About you
- ACA/ACCA/ACMA qualification is required.
- Proven experience in a similar role, with strong knowledge of month-end processes, VAT, and statutory reporting.
- Strong proficiency in accounting software and advanced Excel skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively across departments and with external auditors.
