Management Accountant | Manchester | Up to £350pd | 3 month contract | Office Based

Marks Sattin are delighted to be working with a multinational manufacturing business to recruit for a dynamic and talented Management Accountant on an interim contract. The successful candidate will be heavily involved with year end processes, group reporting and lead on audit.

Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee the month-end closing process.
• Manage year end processes.
• Prepare and analyse Profit & Loss (P&L) statements and Balance Sheets.
• Develop, monitor, and report on budgets.
• Present financial data and insights to key stakeholders, ensuring clarity and actionable recommendations.
• Collaborate with various departments to support financial planning and decision-making.

About you

• Fully qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent).
• Proven experience in a similar role, with a strong background in year-end processes, P&L, balance sheet management, and budgeting.
• Excellent analytical skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in financial software and tools.
• Strong presentation and communication skills, with the ability to convey complex financial information to non-financial stakeholders.
• Proactive, results-oriented, and able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

UMBRELLA - Up ot £350pd
