Management Accountant | Hybrid | Temp to Perm| Up to £50k | Manchester

Marks Sattin are delighted to be recruiting for a proactive and detail-oriented Management Accountant on a Temp to Perm basis. In this role, you will be responsible for providing accurate and timely management accounting and reporting services. Your work will be crucial in ensuring the financial health and performance of the business.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and deliver monthly management accounts, including detailed analysis and narrative, in line with group deadlines.
• Accurately report the monthly profit performance, explaining variances and providing necessary analysis.
• Adhere to all accounting policies and practices, ensuring compliance and providing clear evidence for audits.
• Complete quarterly VAT returns and resolve any related queries.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and finance transformation programmes.

About you:

• ACA/ACCA/ACMA Qualified Accountant.
• Strong technical skills with a high level of numeracy
• Adaptable to change and open to new ideas and processes
• Ability to work under pressure and manage workload to meet deadlines
• Positive mindset with a can-do attitude and a drive for delivering exceptional service
