Delighted to be once more working with this market leading manufacturing business in their search for a commercially focused Management Accountant, availalble due to a team restructure. This is a highly visible role, focused on driving performance, influencing decision-making and providing clear financial insight to support growth, efficiency and profitability. You will move well beyond the numbers, acting as a true advisor to the business.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as a finance business partner to senior operational and commercial leaders
• Produce accurate and insightful monthly management accounts, forecasts and budgets
• Deliver clear analysis on cost drivers, margins, productivity and performance
• Challenge assumptions and support decision-making with robust financial insight
• Partner closely with operations, supply chain and commercial teams
• Identify opportunities for cost control, efficiency and value creation
• Support continuous improvement of reporting, processes and financial controls
• Translate complex financial data into meaningful, actionable insights

• Ideally you will be have proven experience in FMCG or distribution/supply chain, and the ability to demonstrate strong business partnering experience, especially with operational stakeholders. You will be commercially minded with a strong understanding of operational drivers and have advanced Excel skills, (experience with ERP systems and BI tools desirable)
