Start your job searchOur client is a leading services business that has a varied and diverse offering, covering construction, maintenance, property and engineering to name a few. Due to an expanding and developing finance function, there now exists an opportunity for a hands-on management accountant with strong system skills and project experience to join the team on an initial 6 month contract.
Reporting to the Head of Commercial Finance, this role is required to support the commercial finance team and help improve finance performance. The position will have broad responsibilities but ultimately you will be tasked with improving processes and reporting relating to cashflow, balance sheet and the overall reporting structure - optimising systems and improving processes and BAU performance.
This role will suit a qualified accountant that has experience as a management accountant but has also improved systems, processes and reporting as part of their previous roles or on finance projects. You will be confident, comfortable at driving change and helping people adapt to new ways of working. This position offers the opportunity to work remotely / from home initially with the offices being located close to Oxford when needed.
