Start your job searchOur client is a global consulting firm that specialise within the Financial services market offering exceptional client advise to a range of global asset and fund managers.
With ongoing changes in the regulatory environment including CP86 the pipeline of work continues to grow and develop. With this in mind they are keen to secure the services of an experienced MLRO to join the business in a full time capacity.
The role Specifics but not limited to:
- Acting as MLRO to a number of UCITS and AIFMD investment funds
- Preparation of quarterly MLRO Reports
- Drafting & maintenance of AML Policies and AML Risk Assessments
- Conducting annual on-site inspections at the fund Administrator, reporting findings to the board of directors and making recommendations as appropriate
- Delivery of ongoing & annual AML training to the fund board of directors
- Dealing with financial sanctions alerts and reporting as appropriate
- Investigating potentially suspicious transactions and reporting to the authorities as appropriate
- Liaising with external stakeholders on all AML/CFT matters Requirements
The ideal candidate will have gained at least 3 years MLRO experience with a tertiary qualification and LCOI or professional equivalent. You will possess excellent presentation and communication skills given this is very much a client facing position as well as having an analytical and problem solving mind-set.
