We are partnering with a global Accounting firm (Top 10) that are looking for a Operational Risk & Resilience Manager to join the team in London.

The position itself will give the successful candidate the opportunity to be paid a competitive salary alongside an exceptional range of benefits.

The successful candidate must have BOTH Operational Risk & Operational Resilience experience within Financial Services. You must also have a strong regulatory background.

Examples of responsibilities to expect:

  • Leading and delivering operational risk, resilience Testing of controls
  • Assisting subject matter experts in identifying and assessing their Quality risks
  • Manage key relationships and controls related workload for a range of components
  • Build excellent client relationships and engage in business development projects

Candidate Requirements:

  • Must have BOTH Operational Risk & Operational Resilience experience within financial services
  • Strong understanding of regulators & knowledge of the FCA with a broad regulatory background.
  • Ability to develop strong rapports with key stakeholders
