I'm currently working with a large investment bank to hire someone with tax operations experience, specifically in an investment banking environment with strong knowledge surrounding US tax regulations.
The role will start out with a focus on FATCA and US tax documentation but will evolve to also be European and Asia Pacific focused, as global regulations change as well as the company structure - it's a very exciting time to join!
The role will involve acting as a key point of contact for queries internally and externally, implementing and improving processes, keeping up to date on legislative changes and broadcasting these changes to the wider business. You'll also be the point of contact for advising on documentation, tax rates and also overseeing tax returns, as well as dealing with queries surrounding US dividends.
Although this will be focused on US operational taxes, the role is likely to change over time - so someone who is flexible, motivated and keen to learn is key for this opportunity.
The details above really don't do the role justice so please call 0207 850 6149 or email sarah.mumford@markssattin.com to find out more!
