Start your job searchWe are seeking a highly organised professional to join our operations team at a busy office in central London. The role involves being an administrative assistant, and supporting the Financial Services division of Marks Sattin, This role reports to the Operations Manager, with a dotted line to into the Director of Financial Services.
Job Duties:
- General Administrative Duties
- Administering CV responses
- Creating assignment paperwork for both clients and candidates
- Dealing with compliance and correspondence
- Business and administrative support for their teams
- Answering phones, fielding calls and liaising with candidates and clients in a professional manner
- Providing ad-hoc management information and KPI's
- Dealing with ad-hoc responsibilities at any instance
- Posting advertisements for new roles
- Database administration
- Assisting with coordinating in-house events and schedules
- Providing general admin support to the operations & marketing team
Key Attributes:
- Highly organised and efficient
- Enjoys a flexible working environment where multi-tasking is demanded
- Ability to communicate effectively
- Microsoft Office skills (particularly powerpoint and excel)
