A part time Accounts Payable Assistant is needed for an initial contract of 6 months, for a hospitality company.

The role is based in West London, 3 days per week and those 3 days are based in the office. Working hours are 9am until 6pm.

The Accounts Payable Assistant will be responsible for the end-to-end Accounts Payable process including but not limited to:

  • Processing all invoicing (medium volume)
  • Supplier statement reconciliations
  • Processing all expenses including corporate travel
  • Managing the Accounts Payable inbox
  • Resolving all queries relating to Accounts Payable

The ideal candidate will:

  • Have a good understanding and experience of Accounts Payable
  • Be a self-starter, positive and organised
  • Be available on a notice of a week or less
