Do you want to work for a growing company, offering an excellent salary and benefits package, including hybrid working and annual bonus?

We are actively seeking a Payroll Administrator for a highly reputable company in Manchester.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a very successful business on a permanent basis.

The main duties include:

  • Process 3 Monthly payrolls on to current payroll system
  • Reporting and statutory filings (P14/P60, P11D, P45, New Starters, FPS, EPS).
  • Ensure all statutory reporting is completed to the highest standards within legislation deadlines.
  • Processing of payroll deductions (Childcare, Pension, Union, Court Orders, Season ticket loans etc...)
  • Completion of pension schedule and subsequent loading of pension data onto pension administrator web site and ensure compliance with Auto enrolment legislation.
  • Processing of Monthly Statutory payments (SSP, SMP, SPP etc…)
  • Ad Hoc reporting to both internal and external clients.
  • Assist Payroll Manager with production of company benefits and any other ad hoc queries.

Our client is looking for a candidate who has:

  • Payroll experience
  • Good Excel skills
