The details

Pricing Systems Project Manager

Location: London / Hybrid

We're seeking a commercially minded Pricing Systems Project Manager to lead the delivery of pricing and commercial systems change within a complex B2B environment.

This role sits at the intersection of commercial pricing, sales engagement and technology delivery. You'll work across Pricing, Sales, Sales Operations, Finance and Technology to drive the successful implementation of pricing-related processes, controls and system enhancements.

This is a hands-on role for someone who has worked directly within pricing environments and understands how commercial requirements are translated into operational processes and technology solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with Pricing, Sales and Sales Operations teams to shape and challenge business requirements.
  • Drive the delivery of pricing and commercial system enhancements from design through to implementation.
  • Build alignment across business and technology stakeholders to secure agreement and drive outcomes.
  • Lead business readiness, testing, deployment and adoption activities.
  • Manage UAT and business testing to ensure solutions meet commercial requirements.
  • Identify opportunities to improve pricing processes, controls and governance.
  • Support the implementation of new commercial capabilities and pricing frameworks.
  • Manage delivery risks and ensure successful execution of change initiatives.
  • Work closely with internal teams and third-party delivery partners to achieve programme objectives.

About You

You will bring a combination of commercial pricing knowledge, stakeholder management and systems delivery experience.

We're particularly interested in candidates who can demonstrate:

  • Direct experience working within commercial pricing environments.
  • Strong business partnering experience with Sales and Sales Operations teams.
  • Experience shaping and challenging business requirements rather than simply documenting them.
  • A track record of delivering pricing or commercial change through technology implementation.
  • Experience overseeing testing, deployment and business adoption activities.
  • Evidence of improving pricing processes, controls, governance or commercial systems.
  • The ability to influence stakeholders across commercial, operational and technology functions.

We are happy to provide application and/or accessibility support, please contact your Marks Sattin or Grafton consultant directly to discuss your needs. We're committed to protecting the privacy of all our candidates and clients, please visit https://www.markssattin.co.uk/privacy and https://uk.grafton-recruitment.com/en/privacy-policy-1 for our privacy policy.
