They are looking to hire a qualified fund finance professional to sit as a fund controller to take ownership of their internal carry & co-investment fund. Specifically you will:
- Maintain individuals' portfolio of investments and publish quarterly valuations
- Maintain loan positions for individuals, liaising with deal closing team and ensuring funding for the co-invest is available for any new investments
- Make capital calls and distributions from/ to co-investors
- Make carry distributions
- Establish reliable systems and processes to ensure records are accurately maintained and all reporting and distributions are made accurately and on a timely basis
- Work with the tax team to ensure individual tax compliance packs are prepared
- Manage a Co-Investment Accountant
This represents a fantastic opportunity for a fund finance professional to take on a vital role for one of the global leaders in Private Equity. The ideal candidate will be ACA qualified with at least 3 years post qualified experience in fund accounting.
Remuneration will be in the region of £80,000 to £90,000 with exceptional bonus potential, employer pension contribution and other benefits.
