This vacancy has now expired.
Start your job searchAn ambitious and commercially focused candidate is required to join a luxury retailer as Chief Financial Officer. The business enjoys the backing of a top private equity house, and is an outstanding prospect for future growth. They need a skilled professional to bring their experience into the role, and lead from the front through the next stage of development.
This is a board level role where you work closely with the senior management team and the private equity backers, and take responsibility for the banking relationships. You will have a significant say in the development of company strategy, including capital investment and commercial planning, and responsibility for retail stores, concessions, and the careful management of cash flow.
The perfect candidate will be able to integrate themselves quickly into the fast-moving and ever-changing retail business environment, and establish a high level of credibility with external parties including customers and advisors, your team, and the business as a whole. Experience in the industry and the private equity backed environment is desirable, and an accounting qualification (ACA/ACCA/ACMA) is essential. A proven record of leading a business through growth to a potential sale would be of particular benefit.
