This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Project Manager to join this growing global Fintech firm and lead out on end to end client implementations.
Our client is a leading Financial Services tech provider who focus on the delivery of outsourced global payroll solutions to a variety of global blue chip clients.
They are currently seeking to retain the services of an experienced Project Manager who has exposure to Global Payroll and or International Payment systems, processes and projects.
The Role at a glance:
- Lead and Manage end to end implementation of client on-boarding's following a robust methodology.
- Build and Maintain relationships with clients - Take ownership over projects in order to make them a success - End to end.
- Manage work with internal tech team to ensure successful setup of the Global Payroll Software - including technical integrations and work arounds.
- Manage external partners across the global network to ensure successful setup on their side.
- Own relationship with the Service Delivery Team to ensure a smooth transition from On-boarding project to "Go Live" operation and drive quality of success.
- Defining and maintaining overall Project Governance for each of the Projects - including planning, risk management, budget tracking and resource allocation
- Update the Global Head of On-boarding & Project Management with the latest status of each project including the escalation of risks and issues impacting the project.
- Continue to drive innovation and assume a thought leadership role across business.
Ideally you have gained at least 6 years Project Management experience coming from a Payments background and will have worked across certain methodologies including Agile and or Waterfall.
Excellent Stakeholder Management is a prerequisite plus a genuine problem solving ability with a Prince II or PMP qualification paramount and exposure to PSD2 would also be a benefit.
