A Leading Property Company based in the City requires a Property Accountant to join their team immediately for a period of 6 months.
Your duties will include: preparing payment timetables, performing systems maintenance, liaising with suppliers, tenants queries, monthly Management Accounts as requested in the preparation of annual plans for Direct Occupancy and Capital Expenditure, forecasts and Variance Analysis; and other ad-hoc duties. You will have a good level of Excel and must have strong experience of using ECS or Qube.
